Ann Sweeney Augustyn spent 3 years working for law firms in Houston, Texas, and Washington, DC before transitioning to the public sector. Ann then worked for the US Department of Energy in Washington, DC for 38 years in a variety of capacities: Attorney, Administrative Judge, and Senior Executive overseeing the agency’s Office of Civil Rights, and Minority Education and Business activities. In her latter position, she also served as the agency’s Diversity and Inclusion Official.
