The Lowell Schools Fund is managed by Project LEARN, an independent nonprofit that partners closely with Lowell Public Schools, community leaders, and local organizations. Funding decisions are made collaboratively with LPS leadership to ensure alignment with district priorities.

No. The LSF supports life-changing programs for Lowell Public Schools students, college- and career- readiness activities, summer enrichment, stem and arts programs and teacher innovation grants. If you'd like to fund a scholarship, please contact the Greater Lowell Community Foundation which provides hundreds of scholarships annually to Lowell High seniors.
